I'm Josef Klesa, Head of E-commerce at Quanti s.r.o. in Prague, where I lead a department of ~50 professionals managing a portfolio generating over 4M€ annually.
My career has taken me through every layer of software delivery — from teaching kids to program in Pascal and C++, through hands-on software engineering, to leading engineering organizations of 100+ developers. I've worn the hats of Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager before finding my current focus at the intersection of technology leadership and business strategy.
I hold a BSc in Informatics from the Czech Technical University in Prague, with a year-long exchange at the University of Buenos Aires. I'm certified as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and hold accreditations in Adobe Commerce and Analytics.
Currently, I'm building an internal AI system at Quanti — automating project reporting, delivery tracking, and sales support — with the vision that AI and automation should handle 80% of operational work so leaders can focus on strategy and growth.
